工艺阶段生产周期计算方法刍议

On Calculating the Production Period of Technological Process

本文通过对现有 《工业企业生产管理》教材［１～６］中关于用分析计算法确定产品 （零件） 各工艺阶段生产周期的几种方法加以研究， 认为这几种方法是值得商榷的， 因此提出一种既符合生产周期定义本身又不脱离实际的计算方法， 以供参考。

By studying the analytic calculating methods which are used to define the production period of the products (or parts) in each technological process and mentioned in the present teaching material-Production Administration of Enterprises,the author believes that these calculating methods are open to question Therefore, another calculaling method is offered here just for colleagues' reference, which is either in accord with the definition itself or with the practice
