摘要
激光冲击处理技术( L S P) 是一种新型的零件表面强化技术,在强化处理孔、凹槽和焊缝等局部应力集中部位具有明显的技术优势,有着广阔的应用前景,受到国内外学者的高度重视. 本文采用激光冲击处理技术对45 钢表面进行改性,测量了表面的显微硬度,并用扫描电子显微镜对冲击区的表面组织进行了分析,实验结果表明:激光冲击使45 钢的表面性能得到明显的改善,冲击区的表面显微硬度平均可达 H V413 ,提高了32 % 左右,硬化层深度约为100
As a new technique for strengthening the materials,Laser Shock Processing (LSP) technology is suitable for treating the local fatigue-critical areas associated with stress concentration,such as holes,notches and welds.LSP has shown a wide application prospects,and attracted many investigators' attention. The surface of 45 carbon steel was modified by laser shock processing(LSP).The microhardness was measured and the microstructure of the LSP area were examined with the scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results indicate that the surface properties of 45 carbon steel are improved remarkably after LSP treating.The average microhardness of the LSP area is HV413 which is increased by 32 percent.The hardened depth is about 100μm.
