摘要
直喷式柴油机以其经济性和动力性良好,冷起动性能优良等特点,已大量用于各种汽车和部分轿车上测取直喷式柴油机的示功图是研究柴油机燃烧过程的常用方法直喷燃烧系统的改进和研制有助于柴油机油气混合过程的合理组织和燃烧过程的优化,也有助于提高柴油机的综合性能隔热直喷燃烧系统燃烧组织合理,实现以空间混合为主的单油束燃烧模式但国内外未对采用这种燃烧系统柴油机不同循环间的燃烧过程进行深入的研究本文首先介绍了隔热直喷燃烧系统的结构和特点,在实测示功图基础上,利用高速数据采集系统对采用轴针式喷油嘴的的隔热直喷燃烧系统的 E197 柴油机燃烧过程的循环变化进行综合分析和研究,并计算了各参数的循环波动率实验结果表明。
With the advantages of excellent economics′ power performance and cold starting characteristics,D.I diesels are widely used in various automobiles and cars. Measuring for the indicator diagram of D.I. diesel is a common method of studying combustion process . The improvement and development of D.I. combustion system avails reasonable organization of the mixing process of fuel and gas,the optimization of combustion process and the improvement of comprehensive performance of diesel. The combustion of D.I. heat-insulated system is reasonably organized and realizes the combustion single fuel spray regarding space mixing as the dominant factor,but variable cyclic combustion process of this combustion has not been deeply investigated yet.In this paper the structure and characteristics of D.I. heat-insulated combustion system is introduced. On the basis of actual measured indicator diagram,the cycle-to-cycle variation of E197 D.I. heated-insulated diesel with needle injector is experimentally investigated and analysed in a comprehensive way with the use of high velocity data sampling system,and cyclic variation rating of each parameter is calculated. The experimental results indicate that the combustion stability of D.I. heat-insulated combustion system with needle injector is relatively good.
