基于虚拟制造技术的车身并行开发研究

摘要 在介绍国内外车身开发现状的基础上,通过对常规车身 C A D/ C A M 采用串行工作方式所产生弊端的分析和应用并行工程、虚拟制造等先进技术缩短新车型开发周期的阐述,指出并行工程、虚拟制造技术和车身开发三者紧密联系构成了现代车身开发的最新模式;在阐明车身开发过程中建立支持车身全生命周期的数学模型从而实现车身开发全过程数据共享的意义后,论述了利用快速原型机制造车身实物模型,然后应用逆向工程技术获得精确车身数学模型的必要性,并介绍了在建立车身全生命周期模型中所用到的基于特征、参数化、自顶向下设计。 Based on introduction of the development situation of car bodies in the world, the disadvantages caused by series work of common car bodies CAD/CAM are analyzed, and the new technologies used to shorten the development period of a new car type, such as Concurrent Engineering, Virtual Manufacturing, etc. are described. Then we point out that the Concurrent Engineering, Virtual Manufacturing and car bodies development relate closely to construct the newest pattern of modern car bodies development. After discussing the significance of setting up mathematical model which support Life-Cycle model of car bodies in order to realize data sharing in the whole process of car bodies development, the reasons why the rapid prototypal machine is used to manufacture physical model and the Reverse Engineering are applied to get accurate mathematical model are explained. Finally, some new technologies including feature-based, parametrization, top-down design, design for assembly, etc. are introduced to set up life-cycle model of car bodies.
