摘要
介绍了一种用于人工心脏叶轮血泵的无传感器无刷直流电机闭环调速系统,该系统借助于先进的电机驱动专用集成电路 M L4428 ,实现了电机自起动,反电势检测和闭环速度调节等功能这不仅使系统控制特性及可靠性均得到提高,并且所用元件减少。
The design of the closed loop speed regulation system of sensorless bruchless DC motor for artificial heart impeller blood pump is introduced. With the help of advanced motor controller ML4428 IC, the system has realized the functions of starting ,back-EMF sensing and controlling speed ,resulting not only in improvement of the control system reliability and performance property,but also in reduction of system volume and number of components. The paper fully details the basic design principle of the system and the theoretical calculation formulae of components. In the end , the experimental results of the closed loop speed regulation system is given which proves that the system is of good speed regulation characteristics.
