加大保障性住房供给力度,是改善住房供给结构、实现"居者有其屋"的重要方式。而如何保证住房供给更为有效,成为理论和实务界急需解决的难题。无论是保障性住房还是廉租房建设,都可以从公共品的视角来进行研究。本文以公共品供给的克拉克机制作为全新视角,结合信息经济学相关理论对改善保障性住房供给的相关问题展开研究,以期得出改善保障性住房供给的新结论,为政府决策提供参考。

increasing the supply strength of affordable housing is an important way for improving housing structure.It has become the most pressing problems that how to ensure housing more effective.Whether it is affordable housing or low-rent houses,which both have perspective research values as the public.Based on the Clark Mechanism,combined with the economics of information,this essay develops research on the supply of affordable housing improvement problem,expecting to draw new conclusions to the supply of affordable housing improvement,which provides decision reference for the government.
