中国版权研究的历史回顾与反思——基于CNKI(1979～2009)的高被引论文分析

Retrospection and Introspection on the Study of Copyright in China——An Analysis Based on Highly Cited Papers(1979～2009) in CNKI

本文分析了中国版权研究领域学术论文在CNKI被引证的现状，找出了中国版权自1979年-009年30年以来的高被引论文，对发现的中国版权高被引论文的领域分布、年代分布、期刊分布等数据进行了分析，追溯了版权研究在中国30年来发展的历史脉络及其主题转换，就当前中国版权研究中存在的一些共性问题提出了反思。

This paper analyzes the citations of papers on the study of copyright in CNKI, and sorts out highly cited papers in this field in the period between 1979 and 2009. It then analyzes the distribution of those highly cited papers on the study of copyright in terms of their domains, years of publication and journals in which they are published, in order to identify the course of development of the study of copyright in the past 30 years and point out the common problems inherent in the current studies of copyright.
