摘要
经过1952年的"五反"运动,我国私营工商业的生存状况发生了根本的变化。其主要表现为:私营工商业内部劳资关系呈现出新的变化;国营经济与私营工商业的竞争不断加剧;私营工商业在国民经济中的比重不断下降。这些变化表明,"五反"运动对私营工商业"采取的一个有力的社会主义步骤",开始造成了我们国家有可能完全控制资本主义工商业的局面,从此中国资产阶级的历史命运发生了重大转折。
From the perspective of social contract theory, the reform n Ch;na is in nature the transformation from planned transaction order to market transaction order, which in evrtably causes the change of relations within the social structure. Due to the asymmetrical lower strrcture urder the market transaction order, the relationship between employers and employees witt in he enterprises is unavoidably unbalanced, which when exceeding the normal limit becomes the root cause of conflict between management and labor. The key to compatible mechanism within the enterprise and solving this problem is to establish an incentive strengthen external supervision of the goveenment.
