摘要
中小学信息技术教师是信息技术教育质量的保证者,是信息技术课程的诠释者和实践者。信息技术课程特点和信息化社会中教育现代化的大背景条件,决定了与此相对应的信息技术教师的能力不仅仅是普通学科教师应具备的一般教学能力,而对在职教师的培训提高非常必要,培训的内容与方法针对性强才能更有效地提高教师的教学适应能力。
Middle and primary school teachers of information technology shoulder the task of ensuring education quality of information technology by explaining and practicing 'in the course of information technology. The characteristics of the course and educational modernization in information society require the teachers of information technology to acquire more abilities that are beyond the ken of other teachers. Therefore, it is very necessary to train in-service teachers and to improve their teaching adaptability through contents and methods according to their needs.
