摘要
5P国际汉语师资培养模式,采用内容点拨、教师精讲、案例分析、模拟练习、成果展示5个全新的教学环节,实现了预期的目的,强调了有效性、相关性、实用性。批判性思维能力的培养是其核心所在。5P模式有其独特的见解、思路和经验,是一种先进的培训理念,从参与状态、交往状态和达成状态来看,是行之有效的。作为一次大胆地探索,5P所提出的理念和实践,符合高层次、复合型、应用型国际汉语人才培养目标,具有一定的推广价值。
The 5P training model for international Chinese teachers includes Preview, Presentation, Problem-solving, Practice and Performance five steps. This model has achieved its expected goal by highlighting effectiveness, relevance, applicability and cultivating creative thinking. With its unique insight, idea and experience, 5P model introduces an advanced training concept and it is a feasible way of training in regard with its participation, communication and accomplishment. As a bold exploration, the concept and practice of 5P model is in line with the goal of training high-leveled, versatile and practical international Chinese talents.
