EPC法醇基涂料性能的研究

摘要 采用三因素、三水平的正交实验( L9 33 ),就真空实型铸造( V E P C)用醇基涂料的组份对涂料透气性、触变性、铸件表面质量等性能的综合影响进行了研究.通过极差分析发现:影响涂料透气性的主要因素为耐火骨料成份和悬浮剂含量;而粘结剂中硅溶胶的含量对涂料的触变性影响最显著;铸件的表面质量一定程度上取决于耐火骨料的成份.经过多次实验,确定了一组综合性能优良的涂料配方. Comprehensive influence of the compositions of alcohol base coating for vacuum EPC on the properties such as permeability and thixotropy of the coating as well as the surface quality of the casting is investigated by means of crosscut experiment with three factors and three levels (L 93 3) .It is found by extra deviation analysis that the main influencing factors of coating permeability are the compositions of refractory and the contents of the filler; the content of sodium silicate in the binder has more remarkable influence on the thixotropy of the coating than what else; surface quality of the casting depends on the composition of refractory to a certain extent. The ingredient of a group of coating with excellent comprehensive properties is hence, developed.
