摘要 目的研究60岁以上男性多支冠状动脉病变旁路移植术后早期血流动力学的变化。方法对20例60岁以上男性体外循环下多支冠状动脉病变旁路移植术患者术前及术后血流动力学变化进行监测。结果术后2~6小时心脏指数(CI)、每搏指数(SVI)明显降低(P<0.05),肺循环指数(PVRI)、体循环指数(SVRI)明显升高(P<0.05);24~48小时后心功能明显改善,CI、左室每搏做功指数(LVSWI)明显增高(P<0.05)。结论多支冠状动脉病变旁路移植术后早期CI明显下降,术后24小时内应有效降低体循环阻力。 Objective To study the changes of hemodynamic after coronary artery bypass grafting for above 60-year-old male patients with multi-vessel coronary arterial lesions.Methods Twenty patients receiving coronary artery bypass grafting were selected.and their hemodynamics were monitored at pre-operation and 2 hours,6 hours,12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours post-operation.Results In the 2~6 hours post-operation,CI and SVI were lower significantly(P 0.05),PVRI and SVRI were increased significantly(P0.05),24~48 hours post-operation,CI and LVSWI were increased significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion Early CI is declined significantly multi-vessel coronary arterial bypass grafting.Therefore the systemic circulatory resistence should be decreased within 24 hours after operation for reducing left ventricular afterload and enhancing the left ventricular contracted function and cardiac output.
