《太平御览》所记“多言何益”三则略考

A Summary of Three Articles about "Is There Any Benefit from Saying Too Much" in Taiping Yulan

通过对《太平御览》中内容同为"多言何益"的三则载录的比较分析,可推测出至少在宋代《墨子》里,当仍有与之相近或相同的文字存在;所载对话的发问者应为禽滑釐,墨子所作答语末尾应有"唯其言之时也"(或"唯言之时也")一句;对话反映了墨子关于"言"的一些新的、值得重视的思想。

Through comparing three different parts which all have the content about ＂Is there any benefit from saying too much＂ from Taiping Yulan,it can be speculated that there exist similar even the same records in Mozi printed in Song Dynasty.The recorded dialogue should be started by Gu Hua-li,and ended by Motse with ＂Specific words should be spoken out in appropriate time＂.These dialogues reflect some new,worthy serious consideration conceptions about ＂words＂.
