重视和加强高等农业院校的学生党建工作,不仅有利于高等农业院校自身健康发展,更事关社会主义新农村建设和中国共产党在基层执政地位。但对高等农业院校学生党建工作的重要性认识不够充分、工作队伍流动性较大及学生党员教育投入不足等成为困扰高等农业院校学生党建工作的重要因素,需要认真加以解决。

Emphasizing and strengthening party building work in agricultural college and university students is not only conducive to the healthy development of agricultural colleges and universities,but is also important for the new socialist rural construction and the Chinese Communist Party＇s ruling status at the grassroots level.The problems,such as the cognition deficiency in party building work in agricultural college and university students＇ essentiality,high mobility of workforce and insufficient investment,become a trouble and need to be carefully addressed.
