摘要
通过研究生导师培训,可以挖掘研究生导师内在的潜质,有利于提高其工作绩效和岗位胜任力。但目前在研究生导师培训内容和方式上,存在培训工作缺乏系统化、培训课程内容陈旧、培训方法单一、接受培训的主体考虑不足等问题。结合人力资源管理中胜任力的相关理论,通过构建研究生导师胜任力结构模型,分别从专业胜任力、心理胜任力、职业道德特征、行为胜任力4个维度对研究生导师培训内容及具体方式作了设计。
The potentials of graduate tutors can be developed and their performance on the mission can be upgraded through tutorship training.However,problems exist in the content and methods of training such as lacking training systems,outdated materials,simplistic method,and vague consideration on the training candidates.In the light of competence theories in the human resource management,a new design is built up from the four dimensions of specialty competence,psychological competence,professionalism features,and behavior competence through constructing the graduate tutorship competence model.
