中南区农科人才需求实证研究

Empirical Study on Demand for Higher Agricultural Professionals in South-Central Regions

基于对中南区两省(湖北、湖南)三所高等农业院校及湖北省县级以上农业主管部门、农业推广部门、农业企业、相关其他部门或单位的调查研究,分析了中南地区未来五年农业(涉农)行业对农科人才需求状况,提出了针对社会需求完善农科人才培养的对策建议。

On the basis of a survey conducted in the three universities in the two provinces（Hunan and Hubei）in South-Central Region,the agricultural departments,agencies,extension services,agri-businesses,and other agricultural-related units,the paper made an analysis on the demand for higher agricultural professionals in South-Central Region in the five years to come and proposed the policy suggestions and counter-measures for improving training the talents to meet the demand.
