高等农业院校研究生就业与创业现状分析与思考——以湖南农业大学为例

Analysis on the Post-graduate Employment and Business Pioneering of Agricultural Universities:A Case Study of Hunan Agricultural University

为了解目前高等农业院校研究生的就业与创业情况,以湖南农业大学为例,通过调查与分析发现,高等农业院校研究生多数对就业前景不太看好,但农科类研究生对就业前景较社科类研究生看好;大多数研究生认为"自身能力与经验、技术不足"是就业面临的最大障碍;研究生在校期间最想获得的就业指导项目是就业信息指导,其他依次为就业心理辅导,创业辅导,职业知识指导,择业方法与技巧指导等;研究生对创业并不是非常看好,原因可能是我国政府及学校在研究生创业方面引导、支持力度还不够,研究生自身能力和风险承受力有限等等。进一步促进研究生就业和创业,研究生自身需要提高能力和素质,校企需要进一步拓宽产学研合作领域,政府需要加大政策和资金支持。

A case study was conducted of Hunan Agricultural University and the result showed that the post-graduate employment was generally depressed,in which the agricultural majors were better than the social and art majors.Most post-graduates blamed themselves for lacking in capacity and experience and technical skills for their job-hunting barriers.What they need most for the career instruction course on campus was the job-hunting information guidance,next to which were the guidance on employment psychology,business pioneering,career knowledge,and job selecting and hunting skills.Little interest was shown in business pioneering,which might have been resulted from the insufficient guidance and support on business starting from the government and university as well as the post-graduates＇ limitation in their qualification and risk-bearing capacities.To improve the employment and business pioneering,post-graduates need to upgrade their self-accomplishment and university enterprises should extend their cooperative scope for production,research and education and the government should enhance the policy and financial support.
