摘要
等离子喷涂工艺作为一种表面强化方法,在耐磨、减摩、耐性、耐高温等功能涂层的制备方面,显示出其独特的优点.能提高内燃机活塞组的耐磨性和使用寿命,降低其摩擦损失,进而提高内燃机的效率,减少排气污染,作者在国产MM-200磨损试验机研究了等离子喷涂Cr3C2-Mo-NiCr涂层与缸套材料硼铸铁组成的滑动摩擦副的耐磨特性.给出了滑动摩擦副在试验条件下摩擦系数与载荷的关系,以及摩擦副磨损量与时间的关系.
Surface engineering science, as a new type of subject, is widely used in material science,mechanics and tribology, etc. And plasma spraying technics, a method of strengthening surfaces, shows advantages in wear-resistant, reducing friction, bearing corrosion and enduring higher temperature. In order to improve the wear-resistal and life of diesel pistons, reduce the frictional loss, increase the efficiency and decrease the pollution, the property of wear-resistant of sliding friction pairs, which are composed with plasma sprating coating Cr_3C_2-Mo-NiCr and cylinder material boron, is studied. Of the study, a MM - 200 wear tasting machine, which made in our country, is used. In the end, the property of wear-resistant of sliding friction pairs under test condition is given.
