摘要
研究了浸种温度、浸种时间、不同浓度ＫＮＯ溶液润湿发芽床对一串红种子发芽特性的影响。试验结果表明：浸种温度对一串红种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽的指数有极显著影响，且以２０～２５℃处理效果最佳。而浸种时间及不同浓度ＫＮＯ３溶液润湿发芽床对一串红种子的发芽影响不大。
The effects of three factors on germinate specific properties of salvia splendens seed have been studied. The results show that the temperature of seed soaking has most significance on percentage, potential and index of germination, while 2025 is optimum, soaking time and using KNO3 water solution on different concentration for moistening germination bed are not remarkable.
