摘要
论述了旋毛虫病检测技术和ＥＳ抗原研究现状及其存在问题，利用旋毛虫肌幼虫的排泄分泌抗原（ＥＳ抗原）建立酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）可成功地用于旋毛虫病检测。
The trichinosis diagnosis techniques and research conditions of ES Antigen have been discussed. There are some problems on the research conditions in these aspects. By means of ES Antigen, the ELISA which has been made can be used for detecting trichinosis.
