摘要
法是一定社会正义的体现。马克思主义认为,这种正义的内容是由一定的社会物质生活条件所决定的。法是一定社会正义的体现与马克思主义关于法的阶级本质的原理并不矛盾,今天用唯物主义方法分析和认识法与一定社会正义的关系,有重大的理论和现实意义。
Law is a reflection of certain social justice. The content of justice is decided by certain social and material life in terms of Marxism. There is no contradiction between the proposition that law is a reflection of certain social justice, and Marxist＇s conclusion about the classic property of the law. Therefore, the analysis for the relationship between the law and certain social justice is of great theoretic and practical significance today.
