碳钢表面水性硅烷膜和铈盐改性水性硅烷杂化膜的制备及性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用浸泡法在Q235碳钢表面制备了乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTOS)膜和VTOS/Ce(NO3)3杂化膜。通过电脑型金相显微镜(GSM)和扫描电子显微镜能谱仪(EDS)对膜的形貌以及构成进行了表征。结果显示,杂化膜比VTOS膜更完整和致密,杂化膜主要由Si、C、O、Ce元素构成。Tafel极化曲线和交流阻抗(EIS)电化学测试结果均表明,与VTOS膜相比,杂化膜对Q235碳钢有更好的保护作用。 Vinyltrimethoxysilane(VTOS) film and VTOS cooperated with Ce(NO3)3 hybrid film on carbon steel substrates were prepared at 25 ℃ by dip-coating method.The formation and surface structure of the films were characterized by metallurgical microscope(GSM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results indicated that the surface of the hybrid film was more integrated and compact,the hybrid film was composed fundamentally by Si,C,O,Ce element.The results of tafel potential dynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)showed that hybrid film had better protective function than VTOS film.
