摘要
文章采用碳化硅和基准碳酸钙混合配制成不同含量的标准样品,对高频红外碳硫分析仪进行多点校正,通过测定碳化硅中的碳含量,换算得到碳化硅含量。该方法简便、快速,可适用于测定50%~90%范围的碳化硅含量。
In the paper,a series of standard samples were prepared by standard substance of calcium carbonate and silicon carbide.After a multi-point calibration to the high frequency-infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer,the content of silicon carbide could be calculated according to the determination of carbon content.The method was simple,rapid and applicable to the determination of 50 %~90 % range of the silicon carbide content.
