轻烃分馏装置尾气带液原因及解决办法

摘要 针对大庆庆升化工厂15万t/a轻烃分馏装置轻烃回收率较低的问题,通过优化系统操作条件,有效降低各塔气相排空尾气中液相油品携带量,使装置总回收率从96%提高到98%,大大提高了装置的经济效益,排除了安全隐患。 To tackle the defect of low recycling rate of the light hydrocarbon fractionation equipment with a capacity of 150,000 tons per year at Qingsheng Chemical Plant,Daqing,the operational conditions of the system were optimized to effectively reduce the amount of carried liquid oil in tail gas from each tower.As a result,the total recycling rate was increased from 96 % to 98 %,which significantly improved the economic efficiency of the equipment.The potential safety hazard on the other hand was also excluded.
