摘要
自制了固体酸碳材料并经乙酸正丁酯合成过程优化得到了实验过程简单、反应条件易控,催化剂易回收循环使用的工艺。在此基础上采用对比实验、测定生成水量计算酯化率、多组学生催化剂重复实验设计了乙酸正丁酯合成的绿色化实验教学方案。教学实践表明,该实验激发了学生学习探索的积极性,达到了教学的目的。该实验设计可用于本科有机合成实验、绿色工艺设计及反应动力学的教学实验,为环境友好型化学实验室的构建提供参考。
Environment-friendly sulphonated carbon materials were made from starch,and the n-butyl acetate were synthesized with sulphonated carbon materials and sulfuric acid.In comparison with the traditional process routes of n-butyl acetate that synthesized with sulfuric acid,the result showed that solid acid catalytic process routes had easily controled reaction conditions,safe and reliable,less by-products,simple post-treatment process,less waste water,catalyst easy to be recycled and reused.Based on the optimization experiment process,an organic synthesis experimental teaching programme had been designed out.Because of the esterification conversion calculated on the basis of collected water,the experimental process had been simplified.Teaching practices showed that students'learning enthusiasm and initiatives were aroused.The experiment design can be used in undergraduate organic synthesis experiment,green process design and kinetic teaching experiment.It will help to establish the environment-friendly chemical engineering laboratory.
