摘要
根据计算机工资管理中存在的两个难点，一个是字段的增加，一个是计算规则的变更，提出了使用柔性字段和规则库及其实现思路，可以在不修改软件情况下有效地解决问题，并讨论了集成化环境下，工资计算的方式。
The plexpield,rule base and implementing idea are developed to overcome two dippiculties in the computer wage management,one being added kield and the other being changed calculating rule.These can effectively solve the problems while not updating the programs. Wage calculating mode, data model included and calculating wage processes under integrated circumstance are discussed.
