口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤化疗途径的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤是一种严重威胁人类健康的常见病,其发病率和死亡率有逐年上升的趋势[1].化疗是治疗口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的主要手段之一.肿瘤所在部位、肿瘤细胞的类型、细胞动力学特征、药物在体内的分布、药物代谢方式及药物的敏感性是影响化疗效果的重要因素.而给药途径是药物为机体摄取并发挥药效非常重要的一个环节,可以直接影响临床疗效.给药途径不同,临床疗效亦不相同.本文对近年来口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤化疗途径及进展作一综述.
