Introduce the recovery of gases by stripping of the waste water from the transformation and distillation units to prevent environmental pollution by emission.Recover the heat of the waste water from the stripper by internal multistage heat exchange and recycle to use the water as the raw water in demineralized water station for the purpose of saving the energy and decreasing the consumption.
