摘要
针对分形图像编码速度慢的缺点,提出若干加快编码速度的措施按照图像局部的统计特性和人眼的视觉特性,限定定义域块的搜索范围,优化定义域块及其几何变换的搜索顺序,并结合去除搜索匹配过程中的重复运算等措施,在保证恢复图像的主客观质量变化不大的前提下,使编码速度得到明显提高。
According to the low speed of traditional fractal image coding method, we present some measures to increase the coding speed. Based on the local statistics of images and the visual proerty of human eyes, the searching range of domain blocks is limited and the searching sequences of domain blocks and their geometrical transform are optimized. All the redundant computations are also avoided. The coding speed is remarkably increased while the subjective and objective quality of the restored image changes not much. Experiment results on a number of standard images show that the algorithms are correct
