摘要
根据局部对比度增强法和直方图均衡法各自的优缺点，扬长避短，提出了一种能够同时强化细节，增强整幅图像对比度并能抑制噪声增强的自适应直方图均衡法。
A method of adaptive histogram equalization for processing the blurred characters or image with more details is presented. It depends on the merits of a local contrast enhancement and a histogram egualization method. The method not only can enhance the contrast and details of a whole image but also can resist the image noise.characters or im age w ith m ore details is presented.
