Remote Interview System Based on SIP Video Conference

文中提出了一种专门用于求职面试的远程面试系统，它采用SIP （ Session Initiation Protocol）作为呼叫控制协议，采用RTP/RTCP（ Reahime Transport Protocol/Realtime Transport Control Protocol） 作为流媒体的传输和控制协议，在基于视频会议的基础上实现了求职者和面试官“面对面”的交流。和传统的视频面试相比，它提供了更合理的呼叫控制和流媒体控制机制，解决了不同地点的面试官同时参与面试的问题。

This paper introduces a particular remote interview system for job-application interviews. The system uses SIP protocol as calling control protocol, and the RTP/RTCP as stream media transmission and control protocol, allowing the job applicants to communicate with employers at remote distance based on video conference. Comparing with the traditional video interview, the system provides a more reasonable calling control and streaming media control mechanism, making it possible for interviewers at different locations to participate in the inter- view simultaneously.
