摘要
随着 C O M 和 C O R B A 的迅速推广使用, 用户迫切需要 C O M/ C O R B A 互操作系统以实现 C O M 和 C O R B A 应用的集成, 因此很多 C O R B A 产品都遵照 O M G 组织的 C O M/ C O R B A 互操作规范提供了互操作的功能.然而规范中的对象标识及联编机制还存在问题, 导致应用程序无法在不同的互操作系统上移植, 而且在通用映射实现方式中, 无法按照规范中定义的机制实现 C O R B A 客户对 C O M 对象的联编.文中提出了一种统一的对象标识及相应的联编方法来解决上述问题,
With the rapid development of COM and CORBA, COM/CORBA interworking becomes more and more urgent to integrate COM and CORBA applications. Most CORBA products provide interworking capabilities according to the OMG’s COM/CORBA interworking specification. However, this specification has some limitations in the object identifying and binding mechanism, and these limitations make it difficult to port applications to different interworking systems. Moreover, the mechanism for CORBA clients to bind COM objects cannot be implemented in the generic mapping manner. In this paper, a uniform object identifying and binding mechanism is proposed and its implementation in typical COM/CORBA interworking systems is described.
