摘要
本文通过对信息系统和业务流程重组理论的研究,将业务流程重组理论结合到信息系统的整体规划中,提出了一个基于业务流程重组的信息系统规划方法框架,并详细定义了规划过程中各阶段的目标和内容。
This is a study on the theory of information system and business process reengineering,and business process reengineering theory will be integrated into information system planning.This paper puts forward a framework of information system planning method based on business process reengineering,and definites the objective and content of various stage of planning process.
