Wavelet Zerotree Image Coding Based on Lattice Vector Quantization

把格矢量量化与小波零树编码相结合，提出了一种小波矢量零树图像编码新方法，其性能优于已报道的格型矢量量化小波图像编码方法和最成功的小波零树图像编码方法，而且其复杂度远低于已报道的格型矢量量化小波图像编码方法．实验结果证实了方法的有效性．

In this paper, we present a new wavelet zerotree image coding method based on lattice vector quantization. It has better performances than the most successful wavelet zerotree image coding method. Compared with the reported wavelet image coding methods using lattice vector quantization, the proposed image coding scheme has much better performance with much lower implementation complexity. Its efficiency was verified by experimental results.
