大型内球面镗削专用组合刀具的设计与应用

摘要 阐述一种根据曲柄滑块机构和合成运动原理进行设计的、在镗床上进行大尺寸内球面加工的镗削专用组合刀具,利用这种特制的专用组合刀具在镗床上加工Φ5.5 m×115 m特大型回转窑的关键零件——内球面轴承座,解决了轴承座尺寸大、内球面加工精度要求高,加工难度大的技术难题。这种特制的镗削专用组合刀具的研发成功,对利用普通镗床进行内球面加工提供了一种新的途径。 The special combined tools for boring,which is designed according to the slider-crank mechanism and resultant movement,and can process the large-sized inner-spherical surface with boring lathe,is represented.Using the special combined tools with boring lathe to process the bearing block with inner-spherical surface,the crucial element for Φ5.5m×115m large-sized rotary kiln,solves the technical difficulties like large-sized bearing block,high demand for machining precision of inner-spherical surface,and more difficulty in processing.The successful development of the special combined tools for boring provides a new way for processing inner-spherical surface by using common boring lathe.
