氧化铝生产溶出系统湿式收尘装置的研究与应用

摘要 根据氧化铝生产溶出系统的特点和生产现场的实际情况,针对传统湿式收尘装置的局限性,利用现有工艺流程,增加引风机和气水分离器,对收尘装置进行改造。改造后的湿式收尘装置结构简单,收尘净化效果好,收尘效率高达95%;同时,由于溶出系统的紧密衔接和高运转率,现场将多台收尘装置改为并用一套新的收尘系统,有利于工业化管理,经济效益和社会效益显著。 Based on the features of digesting system and the practical situation of field of the alumina production,in view of the limitation of traditional wet dust arrester,the induced fan and gas-water separator are added to existing process flow to reconstruct the dust arrester.The reconstructed wet dust arrester's structure is simple,its dust recovery and purification effect are good,and its dust recovery efficiency reaches 95%;at the same time,as the compact connection and high running rate of the digesting system,the multiple dust arresters in the field are reconstructed to share a new set of dust recovery system,it is beneficial to industrial management,and its economic efficiency and social benefits are outstanding.
