The advantage and disadvantage of new-old management pattern in the process of applying point inspection system are illustrated by the example,by changing the point inspection way,manipulation,and the configuration and responsibility of inspector to make the management of point inspection system to be more brief and utility,which achieved better economic efficiency and management effect.
