摘要
指出静电放电抗扰度试验是电能表电磁兼容试验中重要的项目之一,而电能表静电放电抗扰度试验的测量不确定度判据在国标中并没有具体的要求。通过某种型号的电能表的测量结果,从实际出发,提出了静电放电抗扰度试验的测量原理,并建立了静电放电抗扰度试验的数学模型,提出了基于该数学模型的静电放电抗扰度试验的测量不确定度的分析计算,对于静电放电抗扰度试验是否通过不确定度判据的深入研究具有非常重要的意义。
The immunity test of electrostatic discharge is one of the very important EMC experiments of watt-hour meter, however in Chinese Standard, there is not a positive demand on the judgement of measurement uncertainty of electrostatic discharge immunity test. Based on the measured results of a certain model of watt-hour meters, it puts forward the measurement principle of immunity test of electrostatic discharge, and sets up the mathematical model of the immunity test. Based on the model, the calculation of the uncertainty is proposed, which will be very important for the judgement of measurement uncertainty of electrostatic discharge immunity test.
