全面论述了锅炉在线清洗技术在200MW机组上的应用过程、清洗原理及清洗效果。对锅炉在线清洗过程中所出现的情况进行了全面的分析,对锅炉在线清洗技术的优点与不足进行了客观的评价,通过实践体会到了锅炉在线清洗的安全性及技术创新点,即变化学溶解为剥离分散,改停机清洗为在线清洗,集清洗保护为一体,由锅炉清洗扩展到机组全热力系统的清洗等。并根据应用情况为锅炉在线清洗技术的进一步完善与发展提出了一些建议。

The paper illustrates boiler on-line cleaning technology in 200 MW unit in terms of the applied process, cleaning principle and the effects after cleaning. It comprehensively analyses the phenomena occurring during the boiler on-line cleaning process, and objectively assesses the merits and demerits of boiler on-line cleaning technology. Based on the application, the safety of on-line eleaning technology is proved and its technical innovations are recognized, such as changing from chemical dissolution to stripped dispersion, changing from stop cleaning to on-line cleaning, extending from boiler cleaning only to the whole thermodynamic： system cleaning, and integrating cleaning and protection as one unity. According to the application, some suggestions are given to improve and develop the boiler on-line cleaning technology.
