摘要
指出铁塔采用螺栓连接,螺孔间隙显著影响腹杆参与抗弯,1~1.5mm的螺孔间隙至少可使6%的腹杆失去抗弯作用。提出采用"铁塔数控自动化生产设备"可以提高铁塔制造精度,保证有94%的腹杆参与抗弯,创新铁塔设计理念,让腹杆更有效地参与铁塔抗弯。
It is pointed out that the transmission tower is built by using bolts as connections, which greatly affect the bending resistance of web member, since the screw gap of 1mm-4.5mm could make at least 6% of web members fail to resist bending. It is proposed that using the' Tower CNC automatic production equipment' can increase tower manufacturing precision, ensuring that 94% of the web members could be involved in bending resistance. Innovative tower design concept will make web members resist bending more efficiently.
