摘要
应用比强度概念分析了碾压高掺量粉煤灰混凝土( H F R C C) 的结构形成和强度发展过程中粉煤灰效应的贡献及机理.试验和分析结果表明: H F R C C 的早期强度随粉煤灰掺量的提高而下降;随龄期的增长, H F R C C 的强度发展加速,不同粉煤灰掺量的 H F R C C 中的粉煤灰效应对强度的贡献也从早期的负效应逐渐转变为正效应;粉煤灰效应对 H F R C C 抗折强度的贡献大于抗压强度.
By using the notion of “specific strength”, the contribution of fly ash effects to construction forming and strength developing of high mass fly ash roller compacted concrete(simplified as HFRCC) and its mechanism are analyzed. The research results show that the early strength of HFRCC decreased with the increment of fly ash incorporation. With the increase of curing age, the concrete strength developed rapidly, and also the strength effects of fly ash in HFRCC turns from negative effects to positive effects gradually. The contribution of fly ash effects was more beneficial to flexural strength of HFRCC than compressive strength.
