摘要
从液态渗透理论分析了采用液态渗透法制备金属基复合材料( M M C) 过程中短纤维预制件的受力变化情况以及影响预制件变形的主要因素,并通过实验观察了氧化铝短纤维增强铝基复合材料制备过程中预制件的变形情况.
In the present work, the pressure, needed for infiltrating a preform during the fabrication of composites by liquid infiltration method, was calculated by the liquid infiltration theory. The preform compressive deformation was discussed theoretically and observed experimentally during the fabrication process of 6061 aluminum matrix composites reinforced with alumina short fiber by squeeze casting.
