摘要
将微波技术应用于浒苔多糖的提取,利用响应面法优化提取工艺。在单因素试验基础上,以微波功率、料液比以及提取时间为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值进行中心组合设计,根据回归分析得出最佳提取条件如下:微波功率610 W,料液比1∶62(g∶mL),提取时间11 min,在此条件下,浒苔多糖提取率达到7.58%。实验结果表明,微波辅助提取工艺简便易行,为浒苔多糖的提取提供一定的理论参考。
The microwave-assisted was applied to optimize the extraction of polysaccharides from Enteromorpha Prolifera(EP) by response surface methodology(RSM).The effects of the microwave power,the radio of water to materia1 and the extraction time were studied with the central composite experimental design.Optimal conditions were as follows: microwave power 610 W,the ratio of water to material 1∶62(g∶mL),extraction time 11 min.Under such condition that the response surface model of the polysaccharides was up to 7.58 %.The RSM is feasible for optimal extraction process and this will improve the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from EP.
