摘要
对腐败蛋黄卵磷脂的提取工艺进行初步探讨。结果表明,用95%乙醇提取3次获得约含18.5%卵磷脂的粗品卵磷脂,使用5%ZnCl2纯化粗卵磷脂后的回收率约为85.4%,含量达96.8%。薄层色谱分析结果显示自制的卵磷脂与卵磷脂样品Rf值一致。
The extraction of lecithin from inedible egg yolk were discussed in this paper.The 18.5 % rough lecithin from inedible egg yolk was extract three times with 95 % ethanol under different conditions and precipitated by acetone.5 % ZnCl2 precipitator was used to purify rough lecithin further.About 85.4 % recovery of refined lecithin was obtained,with the content of phospholipids over 96.8 %.The TLC results showed that the self-preparation lecithin had two clear spots,consistent with the products.
