摘要 建立饮料中胭脂树橙色素的高效液相色谱测定法。饮料样品经过适当的稀释后,调节pH为8-8.5,直接进样用HPLC测定样品中胭脂树橙色素的含量。色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(5μm,4.6 mm i.d.×250 mm),以V(乙腈∶VC 1%的乙酸溶液)=75∶25(体积比)为流动相,紫外检测器测定;回收率为90.0%-107.4%,相对标准偏差小于2.95%,定量限(S/N≥10)为0.25 mg/kg。 The method for the determination of annatto extract in beverage was studied.After diluted and adjust pH to 8-8.5,the norbixin content was analysed by LC on a column of ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(5 μm,4.6 mm i.d.×250 mm) with V(acetonitrile)∶V(1 % acetic acid)=75∶25 as mobile phase and detected at 460 nm with VWD;limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0.25 mg/kg and the recovery 90.0 %-107.4 %,the relative standard deviation was less than2.95 %.
