Detection of Paraben in Dried Tofu by HPLC

建立用高效液相色谱—二极管阵列检测器进行豆干中尼泊金酯的检测方法。豆干样品经过无水乙醇提取分离后,用0.45μm滤膜过滤进样,外标法定量。

The detection method of Paraben in the dried tofu by HPLC-DAD is established.The dried tofu sample is filtered through 0.45 μm filterable membrane after extracted and separated by ethanol.Then quantitative analyzed by external standard method.The experiment proved that this method is pretty simple,practical and stable.
