摘要
分析了国产及日本产 P T C R( 热敏电阻) 元件作为电冰箱压缩启动器时,其恢复时间差异的原因.实验时分别取日本产金红石结构和国产锐钛矿结构的 Ti O2 为原料,与同种国产 Ba C O3 粉末反应,采用同样的电子陶瓷烧结工艺制备 P T C R 样品.分析启动元件电阻- 温度特性曲线发现:国产 P T C R 元件高温时的温度系数α T 低于日产样品,国产启动器恢复时间较长是由于制备国产样品的主要原料 Ti O2是锐钛矿结构,而日产样品则是金红石结构. Ti O2 粉体晶型结构对 Ba Ti O3 基 P T C R
PTC Resistor is one kind of the new electronic devices.This paper discusses the difference of starter's resume time when PTC elements are used as refrigerator compressing starters.Japanese rutile and internal anatase are combined with the same BaCO 3 in laboratory,and sintered at the same temperature.After analysing the PTC elements'resistivity-temperature characteristic,we find that the α T in high temperature of internal PTC elements is lower than that of Japanese,the conclusion that the PTC starters'resume time has relationship with the raw material TiO 2's crystalline is reached.It shows that the crystalline structure of TiO 2 powders has influences on the temperature coefficient of resistance of BaTiO 3-based PTCR materials.
