摘要
通过构建区域软件服务业发展状况评价模型对我国发展软件服务业务的10个典型城市进行横向比较,分析南京市软件服务业在国内的发展地位。因子分析计算结果显示,南京市软件服务业的效率综合评价位于全国第4位,出口并没有成为南京市软件服务业的竞争优势;DEA模型计算结果显示,南京市软件服务业的相对生产效率没有达到最优,目前处于规模收益递增阶段。最后基于上述分析提出了南京市软件服务业相应的发展路径。
Based on the evaluation model of regional development of software service industry,this paper makes a horizontal comparison of ten typical cities which develop the software service to analysis the domestic development status of software service in Nanjing.Factor analysis show that the comprehensive evaluation of efficiency of software services in Nanjing ranked fourth in China and export of software service in Nanjing has not built competitive advantage.DEA analysis shows that relative efficiency of software service in Nanjing is not optimal.Currently the software service of Nanjing is at the stage of increasing returns to scale.Investment for the software service should be increased,so as to expand the scale and to achieve scale validity.This paper finally suggests the development path of Nanjing sofeware service based on the above analysis.
