摘要
本文介绍了新钢热轧钢卷打捆机工作原理及PLC的硬件结构,并针对打捆机的常见故障,提出故障处理方法和维护措施,提高打捆机的工作效率,保证热轧板卷的外观质量。
It has been introduced the work theory of the banding machine in the hot strip mill of Xingang（group） and the configuration of the PLC,the common troubles of the banding machine,handling method and maintenance measures to improve the banding machine＇s work efficiency,and ensure the quality of the appearance of hot-rolled coils.
