摘要
目的通过构建家兔主动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型,观察通心络对血清氧化型低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)的影响。方法应用胆固醇、高脂灌胃法制作兔AS模型,实验设正常组、模型组和药物组(通心络),采用酶联免疫法测定3组血清OX-LDL的含量。结果实验开始前3组OX-LDL水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。正常组OX-LDL水平在整个实验过程中无明显变化。模型组OX-LDL水平随着时间的推移逐渐增高。药物(通心络)组OX-LDL水平在第5、10周时高于正常组,且明显低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验结束(第10周)时,药物(通心络)组OX-LDL水平与第5周时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通心络可降低血清OX-LDL的浓度,通心络可增加粥样斑块稳定性,延缓动脉粥样硬化的进程。
Objective By constructing a aorta atherosclerosis(AS) type,to observe the effect of tongxinluo to serum oxidation type low-density lipoprotein(OX-LDL).Methods Applianced of cholesterol,high fat gastric lavage legal system for rabbit hyperlipidemia model.The experimental set the normal group,model group and medicine group(tongxingluo),adopted enxyme-linked immunosorbent method for determining the amount of serum OX-LDL.Results The OX-LDL level of normal group in the course of the experiment was no significant change.The OX-LDL level of model group gradually increased.The OX-LDL levell at 5th,10th week of medicine group were higher than that of normal group,and signficantly was lower than that of model group,the difference were statistically significant(P 0.01).Conclusion Tongxinluo can reduce the concentration of serum OX-LDL,increase the stability of atheromatous plaque,delay the process of AS.
